About Arizona Sportsbook Promos & Our Review Methodology

Your Guide

Brianna Solano

5 years covering AZ sports betting; beat: state regulation, operator promos, and payout testing; former contributor to regional gaming-news outlets.

I've signed up at every licensed Arizona sportsbook since launch day — September 9, 2021 — testing each welcome offer, clicking through every click-to-claim, and documenting what actually hits your account versus what the headline promises. On this site I break down promo terms, expiry traps, and which bonus codes deliver real value so you can make a confident decision before depositing.

I'm Brianna Solano, and I've been signing up for — and cashing out of — every licensed Arizona sportsbook since the market opened on September 9, 2021. This site exists because I got tired of reading promo writeups that described headline numbers without explaining the conditions that make or break a bonus in practice.

Who writes this site and why it exists

Before I publish anything on Arizona Sportsbook Promos: Every Current Bonus Code Compared, I personally create an account, meet the qualifying requirements, place the minimum wager, and attempt a cashout. I note every friction point: minimum odds restrictions, click-to-claim windows, and the difference between a bonus bet and withdrawable cash — because those details are where most bettors lose value without realizing it.

Arizona has 13–14 licensed online sportsbooks active as of 2026, regulated by the Arizona Department of Gaming. That's a lot of competing offers to track, and terms change frequently. My goal is to keep every page current so you're never walking into a sign-up expecting one offer and finding another.

How I evaluate arizona sportsbook promos

Every promo I review is scored on four factors: headline value, realistic attainability, expiry risk, and cashout clarity. A $1,500 first-bet protection offer sounds bigger than a $200 bonus-bet offer — but if your first bet is $50, BetMGM's offer pays $50 back, while FanDuel's $200 only triggers on a winning bet. Context matters more than the headline.

For a ranked view of how every current offer stacks up, see Best Arizona Sportsbook Promos Ranked for September 2026. For a direct matchup between the two most popular apps, I break down the numbers in the FanDuel vs DraftKings Arizona promo comparison.

I also cover terms that other guides gloss over — like the fact that bet365 requires parlay bets to carry odds of -500 or greater to release bonus bets, or that Fanatics requires ten consecutive days of qualifying wagers with no missed days. You can read the full breakdown in the bet365 vs Fanatics Arizona comparison.

What this site does not do

I don't recommend offshore or unlicensed operators. Every sportsbook covered here holds an active ADG license. I also don't manufacture bonus amounts, wagering requirements, or payout timelines — if a specific processing time isn't confirmed by operator terms or regulator documentation, I say so rather than invent a number.

Individual operator deep-dives — including the BetMGM Arizona review with promo code BETAZCOM, the Caesars Arizona review for code CZR1000, and the Hard Rock Bet Arizona current offer — follow the same methodology: I document what I actually experienced, not what the marketing copy claims.
